Overview

FMS is the innovative heavy sheet material which makes plastic card up to 14g!

FMS composed of flexible tungsten steel powder and resin, it supports copper antenna wiring processes for DI and contactless card making, and remains the excellent card RF performance!

Card maker can laminate FMS with traditional process of lamination, punch and get perfect results after personalization! Compared to ” stiff metal core” heavy card solutions, it delivers superior magnetic stripe encoding features as well!

In order to obtain the card with premium textures and luxury effects, card maker may laminate the metallic PVC printing film to build the card with premium textures and luxury effects!

We offer tailor-made FMS inlays, materials or even cards to support your innovations!
