Durable PET Coated Overlay | Functional PET Overlay Films for Premium Card Lamination

Dura PET Coated Overlay is a series of functional PET-based coated overlay films designed for premium card lamination applications, including transparent transaction cards, smart cards, banking cards, ID cards, loyalty cards, and other high-durability card products.

With different functional coatings, Dura PET Coated Overlay can provide infrared blocking, soft-touch texture, anti-scratch protection, anti-microbial performance, and improved bending resistance while supporting stable lamination performance.


IR Blocking Film

IR Blocking Film is designed for transparent transaction cards.

It provides good transparency and infrared absorption performance to meet ISO/IEC 7810 infrared absorption requirements for transparent card applications. It also helps eliminate the disadvantages of using traditional IR ink.


Soft Touch Coated Overlay

Soft Touch Coated Overlay gives the card surface a matte suede texture, creating a premium tactile finish.

It provides high peel strength and excellent aging resistance, with no distortion or discoloration during lamination.


Anti-Scratch Coated Overlay

Anti-Scratch Coated Overlay gives the card surface excellent anti-scratch performance.

It is suitable for cards that require better surface protection during daily use, while maintaining high peel strength and excellent aging resistance. The overlay does not distort or discolor during lamination.


Anti-Microbial Coated Overlay

Anti-Microbial Coated Overlay gives the card surface excellent antibacterial properties.

The antibacterial rate for Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli is ≥99.9%. It also provides high peel strength and excellent aging resistance, with no distortion or discoloration during lamination.


High Toughness Coated Overlay

High Toughness Coated Overlay is designed to improve the physical durability of card products.

It provides high toughness, excellent bending resistance, and significant improvement on image crack performance.
