Need a plastic-free, biodegradable RFID inlay? Realsmart’s Eco-Paper Inlay replaces PET with pure paper, using nano silver-coated copper printing for high conductivity, oxidation resistance, and excellent bending durability.

Choose from coated paper, fragile paper, kraft paper, or thermal paper substrates. Thickness options from 0.07–0.12 mm, with maximum sheet size 500 × 275 mm or roll format. Supports both HF, 13.56 MHz, ISO 14443/15693 with NXP, ST chips, and UHF, 860–940 MHz, ISO 18000-6C with NXP, Impinj, Alien, Kiloway chips.

Overview: Green RFID with Nano Silver-Coated Copper Technology

Thanks to advanced biodegradable RFID antenna technology, the Eco-Paper Inlay uses pure paper to replace plastic antenna substrates such as PET. This offers advantages of 100% green, renewable, high reliability, and excellent cost performance.

The RFID antenna is printed directly onto the paper surface using nano silver-coated copper conductive paste, which delivers good bending resistance, high conductivity, high chemical stability, and resistance to oxidation.
